This Agreement is formed when an Order is accepted by 1st Stop Coaches, or a booking confirmation is issued by 1st Stop Coaches, whichever is earlier. Each acceptance of an Enquiry/Quotation will be deemed to be an order.
The customer must check the details on the Booking Confirmation to ensure that it is correct. 1st Stop Coaches will not be held liable for any errors or omissions to the Booking Confirmation once they have been accepted by the customer.
2. PAYMENT & PRICEThe price for the Services will be detailed on the booking confirmation and is exclusive of any additional costs above the cost of the coach and driver (unless confirmed in writing be 1st Stop Coaches). Additional costs are
Any amendments to the hire of service must be agreed in advance by 1st Stop Coaches and confirmed in writing by both the customer and 1st Stop Coaches with any additional costs paid by the customer.
A deposit of 10% of the hire fee(minimum £50) is payable on acceptance of the quotation, all deposits will be non-refundable; all services must be paid for in cleared funds in pounds Sterling 21 days before the outward journey date. If payment is not made by the due date 1st Stop Coaches may cancel any services, at their discretion, with no notice to the customer.
1st Stop Coaches will confirm which operator is supplying the coaches once full payment has been received
The customer shall notify 1st Stop Coaches of any concerns they may have in respect of the service, in writing, within 10days of the completed service. 1st Stop Coaches will use it’s best endeavours to deal with the concerns to the satisfaction of the customer. Where necessary 1st Stop Coaches will liaise with the contracted coach company should any compensation claims have to be decided.
If the customer cancels the Agreement the following scale of charges will apply with payment payable immediately

Where the order is cancelled, any accommodation, tickets ferries or extras purchased by 1st Stop Coaches on behalf of the customer and which cannot be refunded will be charged to the customer.
The services will be as set out in the relevant booking confirmation.
A high standard of behaviour is maintained by passengers at all times, and instructions from the driver are adhered to.
